3. Setup your own web site >>
   • via IP address of your web servers (e.g. 72.52.73.101 = wikipedia.ti) 
   • Manage your domains with your own name server (configure your name server) 
   • via existing Internet address (e.g. www.wikipedia.org = wikipedia.ti)
4. Discussion, community, administration & configuration of web addresses and top-level-domains. >>
